Atmospheric phenomena can wreak terrestrial havoc on vulnerable structures, communities and cities. Whether winds rated at cyclone force, or simply severe weather conditions, such phenomena produce >90% of mankind's annual natural disaster losses. Event count numbers however, diminish to less than 1% when compared to regular, tolerable weather behaviour. Subsequently human infrastructure that is designed to protect during most daily weather fluctuations, remains wholly inadequate in the face of tornados, cyclones, floods and extreme weather events.

Weather is a function of the dynamic convergence of key-elements, such as temperature, windspeed and air-mass trajectory. But it is within the state of pre-event ‘convergence’ that massive events, like cyclonic storms, are most vulnerable. A technology which is capable of implementing incremental trajectory adjustments to atmospheric pressure systems, by default, will subsequently alter the 'flight paths' of any events influenced by the same pressure systems. By operating this technology well ahead of forecast events, an array of micro pressure system adjustments can edit the physics of a major storm.

In order to make such 'adjustments' there must be a crucial connection established between the forward-moving weather ‘event’ and the technology, by which these edits can be implemented. 

 

But the innovation concerns the remote connection of a chambered - model of the atmosphere, with live and near-future weather. The chamber is ‘booted-up’ so that a live link can be tested and confirmed (via meteorological feedback) and then incremental alterations to weather behaviour may be uploaded. Any weather adjustments must also first meet our ethical veracity test, and also any sovereign authority requirements.

 

We call our linked chamber operations, the Weather Engine.
